Roasted Papads with a sprinkle of onions and coriander leaves sprinkled over it !
Last but not the least, is Moongdal's Khicdi(rice with lentils)and a dollop of ghee(clarified butter)over it + spicy Mutton curry...... bliss! Serve them in glazed earthern wares to add the desi touch.
